After each AI interview, TalentSprout adds a detailed note to the candidate record in Zoho Recruit. This includes the overall interview score, category breakdowns (communication, domain expertise, problem-solving, cultural fit, professionalism), an AI-generated performance summary, and a direct link to the full interactive scorecard.
TalentSprout supports all Zoho data center regions including United States, Europe (EU), India, Australia, Canada, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. Your data stays within your chosen Zoho region.
Go to the Integrations tab in your TalentSprout dashboard and click Connect next to Zoho Recruit. You'll be redirected to Zoho's OAuth authorization page to approve the connection. The entire setup takes less than a minute with no API keys or developer involvement.
