Sub-processors
Third-party service providers that process data on our behalf

1. Introduction
TalentSprout engages select third-party service providers (Sub-processors) to help us deliver our AI-powered interview platform. All Sub-processors process personal data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect data in line with our obligations.
This page lists our current Sub-processors, their purposes, and the countries where data may be processed. For full terms governing our use of Sub-processors, including notification and objection rights, see our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
2. Sub-processor List
The following Sub-processors are authorized to process customer personal data in connection with the TalentSprout Service:

3. Changes to This List
When we add or replace a Sub-processor, we notify customers at least 30 days in advance by updating this page or sending direct notification. Customers may object to a new Sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds within 14 days of notice.
We recommend subscribing to this page or checking it periodically for updates. Full terms are set out in Section 6 of our DPA.
