Enterprise-grade infrastructure
Our platform runs on SOC 2 certified infrastructure from MongoDB Atlas, AWS, and Vercel — with automated backups, high availability, and global edge delivery.
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plaintext.
Organization-level isolation
Every customer's data is fully isolated. All API requests are authenticated and scoped to your organization. Role-based permissions control who can access what.
Your data is never used to train AI
We use OpenAI's API, which does not use customer data for model training. Interview data is processed securely and stored only in your account.
You control your data
We act as a data processor on your behalf — you remain the data controller. Request deletion at any time and we'll remove your data from all systems within 30 days.
Compliance-ready
Canadian company subject to PIPEDA, with a privacy framework aligned to GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Designated Privacy Officer and documented data rights processes.
