    Configure a Workflow Action on your Hiring Workflow

    Attach a Workflow Action on the pipeline stage where invites should fire. Use standard ADP Workflow Conditions to scope which requisitions trigger.

    Decide how TalentSprout scorecard data appears on the candidate record. We provide a default mapping; your ADP admin adjusts as needed.

Yes — using standard ADP Workflow Conditions. Scope by job family, location, requisition tag, worker sub-type, candidate source, or any field on the requisition. Changes take effect immediately, with no TalentSprout-side configuration needed.
Recruitment Management scopes only. No access to HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, or Worker Data. Scoped via standard ADP Marketplace permissions on a dedicated Service Account inside the ADP Marketplace connection. The full list of required scopes is included in our setup documentation.
No. TalentSprout uses ADP Workforce Now's standard REST API via the ADP Marketplace. No Data Hub, no custom connectors, and no custom integration code on your side. Your team configures everything using standard client setup tasks (Recruitment Messaging Templates, Hiring Workflow Configuration, Custom Fields).
ADP Workforce Now with the Recruitment Management module enabled. Currently supported on Workforce Now Essential, Plus, and Comprehensive tiers. We confirm tier compatibility during onboarding.
Invite URLs already sent continue to work — they're standalone and don't depend on ADP availability. Scorecard writeback is queued and retries with exponential backoff when ADP becomes available again, so transient outages don't cause data loss.
Candidate interview data is retained per your configured retention policy. On candidate request (GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA right to deletion), data is deleted across TalentSprout systems and the corresponding ADP attachment is removed. A full DPA is available on request.
