    Attach a BP Notification to your Job Application process

    Configure a Custom BP Notification on the step where invites should fire. Use standard Workday Condition Rules to scope which requisitions trigger.

    Decide how TalentSprout scorecard data appears on the Screening section. We provide a default mapping; your admin adjusts as needed.

Recruiting Domain access only. No access to HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Staffing, or Worker Data. Scoped via standard Workday security policies on a dedicated Integration System User inside an Integration System Security Group. No. TalentSprout uses Workday's standard REST API. No Studio, no EIB, and no custom integration code on your side. Your team configures everything using standard tenant setup tasks (Maintain Email Templates, Business Process Configuration, Maintain Assessment Statuses).
Invite URLs already sent continue to work — they're standalone and don't depend on Workday availability. Scorecard writeback is queued and retries with exponential backoff when the tenant becomes available again, so transient outages don't cause data loss.
Workday Recruiting on Enterprise, Medium Enterprise, and Education / Government editions. The integration architecture is built on Workday's standard REST API and Business Process framework, which are stable across Workday's semi-annual releases. We confirm release compatibility during onboarding.
Candidate interview data is retained per your configured retention policy. On candidate request (GDPR / CCPA right to deletion), data is deleted across TalentSprout systems and the corresponding Workday attachment is removed. A full DPA is available on request.
