What Gets Synced to Zoho Recruit
After a candidate completes an AI interview, TalentSprout posts a structured note to their Zoho Recruit candidate record containing:

- •Category scores for communication, domain expertise, problem solving, cultural fit, and professionalism
- •AI-generated performance summary with strengths and concerns
- •Language proficiency assessment when applicable
- •Direct link to the full interactive scorecard so your team can review the complete interview anytime

How the Integration Works
Setup takes about two minutes.
1. Connect Your Zoho Account
From TalentSprout, go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect on Zoho Recruit, and authorize via OAuth. TalentSprout uses secure OAuth 2.0 — no Zoho passwords are stored.
2. Configure Sync Settings
Three toggles control what happens after each interview:
- •Sync interview results — post a note to the candidate record with scores, summary, and report link
- •Auto-create candidates — if a candidate does not already exist in Zoho Recruit (matched by email), TalentSprout can create the record automatically
- •Auto-associate with job openings — link candidates to the correct Zoho Recruit job when the interview is tied to a job in TalentSprout
3. Run Interviews as Usual
Candidates complete their AI interview on their own time. When the interview finishes, results sync to Zoho Recruit automatically. No scheduling, no manual steps, no delay.

This is not a proof of concept. The integration is built on Zoho Recruit's v2 API and designed for teams running real hiring workflows.
- •Multi-region support — works across all Zoho data centers including US, EU, India, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Africa, and the UK. Your region is detected automatically during OAuth.
- •Smart candidate matching — candidates are matched by email. If a record exists, results attach to it. If not, you choose whether TalentSprout creates the record or skips the sync.
- •Multiple interview attempts — when candidates retake an interview, each completed attempt creates a separate note so your team has full visibility into progress.
- •Encrypted token storage — access tokens refresh automatically. Disconnect at any time from the TalentSprout dashboard.
